Ordering
is possible either through Shopping Cart, per FAX or letter. You can also purchase by us directly at our Store in Duisburg .

Order Documents
available to print out and send to us by FAX or by mail delivery are: Payment on Delivery, Credit Card, Bank Collection.

Order by Phone
Please inform us of your customer number by telephonic orders. If you are not yet a customer, please Login as a new customer and register.

Consumer Returns (Retail)
Returns / Claims please fill out this Return Application (pdf-file)please fill in a form and add it to the reshipment.

Shipping Costs
are listed in the Shopping Cart. If prepayment is appointed, shipping costs are free with a minimum order value.

Taxes
The German VAT is calculated. Commercial Customers outside of Germany with a valid VAT-Reg No. or Customers from non-EU countries receive goods tax free.

FAQ : Questions - Answers
Bank Transfer by Debit Order
We pack the shipment, then we initiate the transfer. The invoice total is then credited within 3-4 days. The shipment is then sent. Returning customers are automatically debited and the shipment sent.

Delivery Time
1-5 Work Days or ask as quick as possible.

Return Guaranty for the Consumer (Retail)
For Internet Business a right to return within 14 days exists. You can return the goods for reimbursement of the purchase price, or as credit towards the purchase of other goods. Please fill out the form for Return (pdf-file) and send the goods in the original packaging.
Certain articles are non-returnable. For example custom-made products or requested cuts of Imitation Leather (smaller than a roll size).
